Making friends as an adult is difficult, especially after moving to a new place or changing your social circle. Yet, friendship helps us live longer, feel better, and ward off depression. During the talk, we will explore: - why we need friends - how friendships form and how many friends we actually need - why it is so hard to make friends and where to find them The session is led by Vika Raróg, creator of the Discipline Club and former IT HR. An outdoor private screening of Timofey Abashev's film Bichebi, followed by an informal gathering. A raw documentary about teenagers in emigration. Alcohol, parties, bullying, endless wandering, and first love. Four young men — Russian, Ukrainian, Armenian, and Georgian — who found themselves in Tbilisi at the start of the war, navigate the peak of their youth in exile. Produced within the DocKvartira directing workshop, the film has been screened in dozens of cities worldwide, featured in the Artdocfest Online program, and shortlisted for the independent Lavr documentary award. An off-site family program creating a horizontal environment where children, parents, and grandparents connect as equals. Over seven days, participants explore "play" as a profound phenomenon across literature, philosophy, architecture, culinary arts, and theater. The program features two parallel tracks: • Children's (ages 7-17): Discovering meaning through play and co-creation. • Adult: Lectures, deep discussions, and thoughtful reading sessions.
