Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of event tickets through Esora. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. For general use of the Esora app and website, see our Terms of Service.

Who You Are Buying From

When you purchase a ticket through Esora, you are buying directly from the event organizer. The organizer is the seller of record and is solely responsible for the event — including its content, schedule, venue, safety, age restrictions, and compliance with applicable laws.

Esora acts as an authorized agent of the organizer: we process your payment, issue a fiscal receipt, and deliver your ticket electronically. Esora does not organize events and does not guarantee that an event will take place as described. Any claims related to the event itself should be directed to the organizer.

Tickets and Pricing

Ticket prices are set by the event organizer and displayed in Armenian Dram (AMD). The price you see is the price you pay — there are no additional fees at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Your ticket is issued only after successful payment. A fiscal receipt is issued for every purchase in accordance with Armenian law. Esora does not store your card details — payment is processed securely through the acquiring bank.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically to your email and are available in the Esora app. Each ticket contains a QR code that serves as your proof of purchase and entry pass. You are responsible for keeping your QR code secure — anyone who presents it may be admitted to the event.

Refunds and Cancellations

Buyer-initiated refunds

Refund eligibility and deadlines are set by the event organizer for each event and displayed on the event page before purchase.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Some ticket types may be non-refundable. This is clearly indicated before purchase.

Event cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund. Esora will notify you and process the refund automatically.

Event postponement or venue change

If an event is postponed or moved, your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund under the same conditions as a buyer-initiated refund.

Your Data

To process your purchase, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. Your name and email are shared with the event organizer for entry verification. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Esora is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation, postponement, or modification of an event, or for any costs you incur in connection with attending an event (travel, accommodation, etc.).

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated terms are posted.
