What to expect: • Food court and tastings: street food, desserts, and signature dishes from Kruzhok, Future Diner, 2022, and Scoby. • Market: plant-based alternatives, sauces, and spices from Kris Vegg, Kolibri, and others. • Lectures and workshops: sessions ranging from herbalism to fem-critique of food politics.
