A two-day camping trek by Lake Tsover, open to both beginners and experienced hikers. Itinerary: • Day 1: Depart Yerevan for the Lori region (1.5 km hike). Set up camp by Lake Tsover, followed by an evening campfire, traditional Armenian dances, and games. • Day 2: Pack up camp by 11:00, hike 2.5 km to Dsegh village, and visit the Hovhannes Tumanyan House-Museum. Continue on a 5 km hike along the Gikor trail, finishing in the town of Tumanyan. What to bring: • Backpack, hiking clothes, and warm layers • Sleeping bag and sleeping pad • Trekking poles, headlamp, and spare batteries • Raincoat/poncho, sunscreen, personal first-aid kit • Food and water for two days Meeting point: Republic Square, in front of the former MFA building.
