Making friends as an adult is difficult, especially after moving to a new place or changing your social circle. Yet, friendship helps us live longer, feel better, and ward off depression. During the talk, we will explore: - why we need friends - how friendships form and how many friends we actually need - why it is so hard to make friends and where to find them The session is led by Vika Raróg, creator of the Discipline Club and former IT HR.
