Mount Kazbek Expedition

Expedition to the peak of Mount Kazbek (5033 m), located on the border between Georgia and Russia. Route difficulty: 2A. Previous mountaineering experience is mandatory. Itinerary: Day 1-2: Yerevan — Stepantsminda — Gergeti Church — Meteo Station (3750 m) Day 3: Acclimatization climb to 4200 m, return to Meteo Station Day 4: Night start and ascent to the summit of Kazbek (5033 m), return to Meteo Station Day 5-6: Descent to Stepantsminda, return to Yerevan.
