Night Ascent to Mt. Aragats Southern Peak
Hiking & NatureA night hike to the Southern summit of Mount Aragats to welcome the sunrise from the top. The route begins at Lake Kari (3,200m), offering views of the entire massif and the crater. Route length: 11 km Altitude gain: 700 m Required gear: backpack, headlight, hiking or sturdy sport boots, a spare pair of shoes, warm clothes, raincoat, sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, cap), one-day meal, and at least 1.5l of water.
