Notations Festival: Ritual

A two-day festival emerging from a twelve-day creative laboratory, featuring 111 artists from 27 countries. The National Gallery’s halls are transformed into living art through immersive sound and video works. Program highlights: • Medieval Fresco Halls: A sensory Sound Bath experience, video art, and large-scale installations. • Central Hall: A real-time digital mirror installation blurring the lines between the physical and the digital. • Stairwell: A suspended fabric installation that moves and responds to the building's air currents. • Performance by Japanese artist Kinto Minami: An exploration of the meaning of asking for help, expressed through weaving fabric to music.
