Hiking to Vardenis Mountain
Ascent to the highest peak of the Vardenis mountain range (3522 m), located on the border of Gegharkunik and Vayots Dzor. This route along the southern shores of Lake Sevan is known for its isolation, alpine meadows, and being less traveled than other popular destinations. Hike details: • Distance: 12 km • Difficulty: medium Required gear: hiking boots and comfortable clothing, warm and spare layers, waterproof jacket, backpack, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, flashlight, first aid kit, and food for one day. Bottled water is provided by the club. Meeting point: Republic Square, near the Marriott Hotel. To register, call 044 88 00 58 or message ArmLand’s Facebook page. Confirm participation by 1:00 PM the day before. Transfer the payment on the day of registration (15100436043560 AMD ARARATBANK, Artyom Martirosyan) and send a screenshot of the receipt.
