ITINERARY DAY 1: We will see Lake Childir, one of the largest lakes in the Armenian Highlands, pass through the forests of Sarighamish, and see the beautiful Shepherd's Bridge built over the Araks River in Basen. DAY 2: Ascent of Mt Andok. Planned hike of about 11 km (round trip) with a relative elevation gain of about 1100 meters. DAY 3: Ascent of Mt Maratuk. St. Astvatsatsin Church is located at the peak. Part of the route is covered by off-road vehicles; the hiking portion is about 6 km with a relative elevation of about 350 meters. DAY 4: Ascent of Mt Tsovasar. David's Fortress was built on its slopes, and there are many small lakes on the mountain. Planned hike of about 15 km (round trip) with a relative elevation gain of about 1000 meters. DAY 5: Mush, Mush field, Aratsani River and Sulukh Bridge, as well as St. Marine Church and the Armenian quarter.
