A climb to the western and southern peaks of Mount Aragats starting from Lake Kari. Participation is highly recommended for those preparing for Ararat and Kazbek expeditions. Relative altitude: ~800 m Distance: 10 km Required gear: hiking backpack and apparel, warm layers and gloves, trekking poles, sunscreen, headlamp (with spare batteries), personal first-aid kit, raincoat, and food/water for one day.
