Lake Akna and the Three Peaks of Aghusar
Hiking & NatureA two-day trek in the Geghama Mountains. We will spend the first day at Lake Akna (3000m) enjoying campfires, games, and acclimatization. On the second day, we will climb three peaks: Aghusar (3335m), Eastern Aghusar (3434m), and Western Aghusar (3468m). Route length: 15 km Relative elevation gain: 600 m Meeting point: Matenadaran Required gear: • Waterproof boots with thick soles plus spare shoes and socks • Windbreaker, warm layers, and a raincoat • Sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen • Flashlight, sleeping bag, and mat (if available) • Backpack, 1.5L water, and food • Trash bag to carry out your waste
