A climb to the highest point in Armenia: Aragats Northern Peak (4090 m). The route starts and finishes in Gegharot. Open to hikers with prior hiking and high-altitude experience. Trail stats: • Distance: 15 km • Elevation gain: 1300 m • Estimated return: 20:00–21:00 Meeting point: Below the Matenadaran, Mashtots Avenue. Required gear: • Hat/sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen • Light long-sleeve top, lightweight down jacket, and windbreaker • Hiking or athletic pants (no jeans) • Sturdy-soled hiking shoes (water-resistant preferred) • Trekking poles (mandatory), rain poncho, gaiters (optional) • At least 1.5 L of water and trail food • Trash bag for pack-it-out waste • Change of shoes and socks (to leave in the transport) To confirm participation, call +374 55 934444, fill out the consent form, and transfer payment to ACBA Bank account 220480308513000 (or card 4355 0539 2377 7835). Cancellations made the day before the hike are non-refundable.
