Lake Akna to Mt. Azdahak

Experience two gems of the Geghama Mountain Range in a single day. The journey begins from Sevaberd village with a truck ride to Lake Akna, followed by a hike to the range's highest peak. Azhdahak (3,597 m) is a dormant volcano featuring a stunning crater lake, 50m deep. During the hike, we’ll stop at a mountain campsite where you can enjoy hot coffee or tea. Trail length: 20 km Elevation gain: 610 m How to prepare: - Wear suitable hiking clothes, a light jacket, and sturdy hiking boots - Bring a second pair of shoes (to leave in the vehicle) - Sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, and trekking poles - Food and water for one day (please use reusable containers) To register: 1.
