Hiking to Mantash Waterfall
A mountain trail with rolling ascents and descents, culminating at the 22-meter Mantash waterfall. The hike starts from Kari Lake. The route passes close to the trail up Mount Aragats, opening up panoramic views of the Southern Peak and the Mantash Reservoir. If timing and the group's pace allow, an optional ascent to Tazharuyk Peak will be added. The hike finishes with an outdoor picnic featuring wild mountain herb tea. Trail details: • Distance: 17 km • Elevation gain: 750+ m • Difficulty: Medium Included: round-trip transfer from Yerevan, guide, and picnic with herbal tea. Recommended gear: sturdy hiking footwear with thick soles, full-length hiking pants, hat, sunglasses, SPF 50+ sunscreen, windbreaker, spare socks, and optional gloves or a foam sitting mat.
