A three-day expedition to historical Armenia, featuring the ascent of Mount Sis (Lesser Ararat, 3925m). Itinerary Day 1. Departure from Yerevan. Lake Çıldır and the ancient city of Ani. Overnight stay in Bayazet. Day 2. Ascent of Mount Sis. The climb starts from 2500m and is completed in one day. Descent and overnight stay in Bayazet. Day 3. Kars city tour: Kars Fortress and the Holy Apostles Church. Return to Yerevan. Required Gear Sun and winter hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, long-sleeved clothing, windproof and down jacket, hiking pants (no jeans), waterproof boots with thick soles, raincoat, backpack, 1.5L water, and snacks. Spare shoes and socks can be left in the vehicle. Price: $480 (groups of 18+) or $500 (under 18).
