A climb to one of the wonders of Vayots Dzor — Mount Parakatar, followed by a visit to Lake Artavan (also known as Hayeli). The hike starts and ends in Artavan village. Distance: 13 km Relative elevation: 700 m Essential gear: • Comfortable warm clothes, a change of clothes, and sturdy hiking boots • Water for one day (1.5-2L) and food for a picnic • Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a raincoat • Flashlight and personal first aid kit Price: 9500 AMD (includes transport and guide services). Departure from Republic Square (intersection of Amiryan and Abovyan). Cancellations are accepted until 12:00 PM the day before. To register, call +374 94 72 98 14.
