Right by the Armenian-Georgian border, near the village of Khojorni in Georgia, stands the medieval Surb Nshan Church. Perched on a hill, it offers open views of Mount Lalvar and surrounding dense forests. The trip also covers the historic chapels and khachkars of Khojorni. Because of its border location, visiting requires a special permit. The hike is about 3 km (easy difficulty). Hiking shoes and clothing are recommended. There will be a food court stop on the way.
