A hike through the forests of Tavush. The route begins at the village of Gosh, visits the historic Goshavank Monastery, follows a forest trail up to Gosh Lake, and continues to the village of Khachardzan. Route details: • Distance: 16 km • Altitude gain: 500 m The price includes transportation and guide services. Required and recommended gear: • Backpack (required) • Hiking or walking boots with hard soles, plus a spare pair of shoes • Sporty, comfortable clothes and warm clothing • Raincoat • One day meal and at least 1.5 L of water • Trekking poles (optional) • Personal first aid kit, sunglasses, cap, sun cream, and flashlight Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes beforehand. Send a screenshot of the payment receipt to Armenian Geographic on Facebook Messenger (processed Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM). Cancellations must be made at least one day before departure by 12:00 PM for a refund.
