Samadhi Yoga
A small yoga studio offering in-person and online classes, teacher training (200h RYT), Reiki levels, chakra and energy workshops, and Thai-yoga therapeutic sessions. Emphasis is on somatic practice, meditation, energy healing, and immersive small-group programs.
