Two Mountains Weighing Down My Chest

After unexpectedly remaining in Berlin following the pandemic, a young Chinese artist finds herself caught between two worlds: the alternative queer culture of Berlin and the traditions and expectations of her family in Beijing. Through humor, self-reflection, and personal observation, the film explores migration, identity, belonging, and the challenge of constructing a self between different cultures.
