Samaan is a 23-year-old Christian Coptic security guard in a residential building in Cairo; he suffers from PTSD after witnessing his father's murder during childhood by a fanatic terrorist group killing Christians in Libya. Ten years later, Samaan, out of fear, is forced to hide a wanted terrorist in an apartment in the building where he works.
