Greeting Card Making Workshop
What could be a better gift for a loved one than a handmade card created using traditional artistic techniques? As part of the "Letter to My Mother" initiative, this workshop focuses on the craft of marbled paper. This is a traditional artistic technique where a unique pattern created on the surface of a special liquid is transferred onto paper. It has also been used in Armenian bookbinding. You will learn about the brief history of this unique craft, after which specialists will demonstrate methods of making marbled paper and various techniques for creating patterns. At the end, you will create your own unique card to send to your mother or other loved ones. There is no age limit.
Organizer

Hosts rotating exhibitions (e.g., William Saroyan), educational programs, public events and participatory projects connected to Armenian literary and artistic heritage.
