Ardalion
A historical mimodrama set in the 4th century. As the Roman Empire attempts to suppress the rise of Christianity, wandering troupes are sent to Eastern cities to mock Gospel stories. Ardalion is one such performer. During a satirical play, a divine light descends upon him, leading to his conversion. The mockery turns into tragedy as his fellow actors crucify him right on stage.
