Dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Armenia's declaration of independence, this exhibition premieres a collection of over one hundred photographs by diaspora photographer Armineh Johannes. Taken between the late 1980s and the early 1990s across various regions of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, these images offer a unique visual narrative of the era. The collection is displayed alongside symbolic artifacts from the History Museum of Armenia's permanent collection, pairing historical objects with moments of daily life and pivotal events from the independence movement. Admission is free.
