Set in the Mississippi Delta during the Jim Crow era, twin brothers Smoke and Stack return home hoping to leave their troubled past behind and open a juke joint for the local Black community. Their plans are disrupted when an ancient supernatural evil transforms a night of music and celebration into a desperate fight for survival. A blend of Southern Gothic horror, blues music, folklore, and historical drama exploring race, culture, memory, faith, and the power of artistic expression.
