Labor Rights of Women and Vulnerable Groups
A discussion on the challenges faced by LGBT+ people—especially lesbian, queer, and trans women—when seeking employment and exercising their rights in the workplace in Armenia. Speaker: Hripsime Kizogyan (executive director of Pink Armenia, human rights defender, and researcher). Drawing on research and documented cases, the talk covers key issues ranging from job listings and interviews to workplace treatment, unequal opportunities, and the absence of a safe environment. Available to attend in person or online via Zoom. Prior registration is required.
