DIY Audio and Video Devices Workshop

hosq together with barkal and wiiuwiiuwiiuwiiuwiiuwiiu invites you to a two-day hands-on workshop focused on building DIY audio and visual devices. Workshop №1: Analog DIY Synthesizer Build a sound instrument based on the schematics of DIY synth pioneer Papa Srapa. You will learn basic soldering and electronics while constructing a working synth with noise generation and a built-in delay module. The session ends with a collective noise jam, and you will take home your functional instrument housed in a vintage Soviet measuring device case. Workshop №2: DIY Video Devices The second day focuses on visual systems: real-time image manipulation, hacking video signals, and exploring the connection between sound and visuals in a hands-on format. No previous soldering experience is needed. All necessary tools, electronic components, and vintage cases are provided.
