For the Sake of Honor

A drama in two acts. The play depicts a clash between father and daughter over the meaning of honor. The victor is not the daughter with her high moral standards, but the father, consumed by a fever for wealth. He burns the incriminating documents, preventing his daughter from fulfilling her promise to return them to their rightful owner.
