Presentation of the Armenian editions of plays by Jean-François Sivadier ("Family Portrait: The Story of the Atrides") and Tamara Al Saadi ("Be Silent, My Antigone"). Drawing on Greek tragedy and mythology, the authors reinterpret ancient myths through the vital questions of our time: family, power, inheritance, rebellion, and freedom. The discussion explores how archetypes and stories crafted millennia ago still speak directly to our societies today while opening up new creative ground for contemporary playwriting.
