Hamshen in 3 Days

Hamshen is one of nature's greatest wonders, and the surrounding region is rich with historical monuments including medieval fortresses, magnificent churches, and unique bridges. Day 1 | Gates of Paradise Route: Yerevan-Gyumri-Akhalkalaki-Kartsakh Visits: Black Lake (Shavshat), Tbeti Monastery, Shavshat Fortress, view of the Chorokh River. Dinner and overnight stay in Hopa. Day 2 | Paradise Visits: Twin Bridges, Mençuna Waterfall (approx. 2km hike), Furtuna River Gorge, Çamlıhemşin, Zil Castle, Palovit Waterfall. For lunch: Hamshen dishes and tea ceremony. Visit to Ayder Plateau. Day 3 | The Fairytale Visits: Borcka district, Doliskhana Church, Hell's Gorge (Ardanuc). Lunch in Ardahan, visit to Ardahan Fortress and Kura River.
