"Growth Mindset" is one of the workshops in the "21st Century Survival Skills" series. When something is hard, do you think "I can't do this" or "what else could I try"? We'll look at how these reactions shape the steps we take, especially when there's a risk of getting it wrong. We'll work with a four-step approach: notice the reaction, separate fact from assumption, look at what can actually change, and act. You'll do a practical task your usual way first, then come back to it and try a different strategy. You'll leave with feedback and a concrete plan for continuing the work. No prior experience needed. Facilitated by Gevorg Poghosyan and Maria Hovoumyan Gevorg Poghosyan is an entrepreneur, educator and ecosystem builder. He co-founded Idram, TCF Group and Prelaunch.com, and currently leads Lumiverse and reArmenia. He has taught at the State Academy of Fine Arts and trained entrepreneurs at the PRACTIC business school. He brings two decades of experience in testing assumptions, learning under uncertainty and turning constraints into new opportunities. Maria Hovoumyan is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), organisational development coach and professional facilitator with 25+ years of experience. She is a founding partner of IMPACT Solutions and president of the IASP Armenian office. She has designed and led over 250 workshops and strategy sessions with more than 90 client organisations. Her participatory approach helps people revisit limiting beliefs and turn a growth mindset into purposeful action. The workshop is held in Armenian.
