An artist-run exhibition that emerged from the space itself, at the moment when it became clear that the old room was not simply a venue, but a condition and an occasion for making. Here, light, humidity, an open roof, deteriorating walls, and the movement of air are not merely passive surroundings — they are just as active as the works on display. “Yeghegum” is an invitation to slow down, breathe, bloom, and discover what usually goes unnoticed. Participating artists: • Mariam Hakobyan • Laura Khachatryan • Hrant Kheqoyan • Hasmik Sahakyan • Mariam Shahinyan The exhibition is part of the graduation program of the Institute for Contemporary Art’s intensive course “How to Survive as a Young Artist”. Open through November 1.

Organizer

A Yerevan-based contemporary art institution focused on research, education, and production of contemporary art in Armenia and internationally. Programs include exhibitions, artist residencies, sound and experimental installations, talks, workshops, and cross‑border festival collaborations.
