On the site of a former tire shop on Saryan Street, Ecostation is opening as a 350 m² pocket park and outdoor learning landscape. Created for COP17, the UN biodiversity conference, the space aims to bring biodiversity back into the city center and remain as a permanent public park long after the conference. The space features a blossom garden of native Armenian plants, bird feeders, an amphitheater, play cubes, info stands, and a seed-bomb vending machine to take a bit of nature home.
