An evening dedicated to emotions, creativity, and the feelings often kept inside: sadness, fatigue, anxiety, and internal tension. The meeting is designed as a supportive space to talk, listen, share experiences, and transfer feelings onto canvas through color, lines, and texture. This is not an art class or an attempt to paint a picture, but a format for giving emotions shape. The format was discussed in advance with a psychologist and psychotherapist to maintain clear personal boundaries, mutual respect, and confidentiality: everything shared remains strictly within the group. When registering, you can anonymously share any trigger topics; they will be voiced at the start without naming anyone so participants know what to avoid.
