A solo exhibition by Saint Petersburg artist Alevtina Golovin featuring a series of poignant female portraits where classical oil painting meets voluminous beaded details. In these works, beads play a dual role: they are both an adornment and a tool of concealment. By physically covering parts of the finely painted portraits, they serve as a metaphor for the idealized social expectations and projections that often render a woman's complex inner world invisible.
