🇩🇪 🇦🇲 For the first time in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, at the Contemporary Art Centre, operating under the Yerevan Municipality․ The solo exhibition “Animal Delegation” by Leipzig-based illustrator Anna Haifisch is being presented. Anna Haifisch is one of the most prominent representatives of contemporary German comic art. Through humor, satirical sharpness, a compelling visual language, and expressive color, Anna Haifisch presents the ambiguous relationships existing among her animal kingdom characters. The exhibition is complemented by original prints and objects that transform the illustrator’s work into three-dimensional sculptural forms. On the occasion of the official sister-city partnership between Yerevan and Leipzig, the exhibition by the German comic artist invites visitors to explore the relationships between animals and their surprising similarities to us, humans. A project by the International Relations Department of the City of Leipzig. Supported by the Berlin-based “East-West Meetings” Foundation. 🗓️ 7 OCTOBER 2026 ⏰ 18:00 📍 Contemporary Art Centre (Mashtots 7A)
