Public Lecture by Sheree Domingo
A public lecture by comic artist, illustrator, and author Sheree Domingo as part of the Stellar Frequencies program. How can comics make sound, voices, or silence visible? How can memories, places, and atmospheres be told through drawing? And what new forms of storytelling emerge when comics, fieldwork, and sound art converge? Domingo will share insights into her international practice as an author, illustrator, and workshop leader. She will present selected projects, discuss visual storytelling, and explore how comics make complex personal, social, and cultural experiences accessible. The event is open to students, artists, schoolchildren, and anyone interested.
