TUMO StudiosIn this two-week design atelier led by Arjan Van Dal, participants explore ceramics as a medium for ritual, memory, and atmosphere. The workshop focuses on designing porcelain objects inspired by the Armenian tradition of Myron — aromatic oils used in cultural and religious ceremonies. The process includes: • Developing a visual language from museum collections and architecture • Hand-building and wheel throwing techniques • Prototyping, refining, and glazing vessels, burners, and candle displays This session runs alongside Lola Lely’s scents and wax atelier, encouraging a collaborative creative dialogue between both groups.
