A cinemusical symphony combining original compositions, film and choreography into a hybrid performance – telling a story about two people who seem locked in their daily ritual. When the routine is broken, chaos ensues. Does structure control us, unite us or liberate us? “Meta-Ritual” aims to build a deeper, more symbiotic relationship between sound, screen and stage – organically integrating the creative processes behind the key audiovisual elements, rather than developing each one separately in a conventional production workflow. by Frederick Bernas (music, saxophone, film), Rhys Votano (visuals), Lubomir Andrei (dance), Christina Danielyan (dance), Arman Peshtmaljyan (keyboards), Fernando Damon (drums), Maria Aristakesyan (cello), Kino Pinto (guitar)
